Riding the SBahn (S7) from Berlin Charlottenburg station to Potsdam is an easy 30 minute ride that drops you at the gateway of another epoch. A vast acerage that includes history from Frederick the Great’s rule of Purissa to the somber yellow door of a Nazi detention center. If one stands and thinks about it to long the mind swirls at the chaos humanity creates between beauty and brutality.
